We weigh in daily (against all advice, but it's been working for us) and write it on calendars. We use both tools to help us keep on track, realizing that weight gain one day is not the end of the world (unless it's a huge change).<br /><br />Actually, hubby has eaten there since we started this and done so off the lighter menu.
