Apparently, you can not have "parent" & "child" pages on Blogger. I am not pleased with this lack of feature, as I was planning on using it for NaNo updates and also to list the stories that I write from the Wednesday Check-In writing prompts here. So, I will have them instead in two places:
1. My Wordpress account, where I can have parent/child pages, but am unsure of how strict they are with the ratings policy.
2. My Fictionpress account, where I can post all the unique stories I like, but again, not sure how strict they are with the ratings policy.
